Harlan Warthen is one of the Insurance
Industry’s’ most experienced and successful field managers. He
began his career as an Allstate Insurance Agent in 1968. He is
the only sales manager in Allstate history to have earned their
management award twenty-four consecutive years.
During his last field assignment, Harlan managed a group of 23 Property and Casualty Agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area. His new and renewal premium approached $45,000,000 dollars with a loss ratio of 53%.
He is the author of Six Top Rated How to Manuals which include; The Agency Growth System, How to Maximize the Cross-line Potential in a Multi-line Agency, Agency Growth Strategies that Work, Agency Organizational Structure, Agency Goal Setting Strategies and How to Maximize the Sale of Life and Financial Services in a Property and Casualty Agency.
He has conducted workshop seminars for agents and managers that have produced thousands of new business and cross-line sales.
Adrian Holloway is a technocrat that has lived
and worked in different parts of the world. With a problem solving
mindset and a practical approach to real-world problems he has
led large solution building teams for over 15 years. Before starting
Tekcetera, Adrian was CTO/CIO of a large financial services
firm. Throughout his professional career, Adrian has built a reputation
for:
- Developing technology to solve strategic business problems.
- Delivering tangible ROI to solution adopters.
- Restructuring IT departments for higher efficiency and risk
management.
- Refining and implementing a company's Technology vision, dovetailing
technology with business agendas.
When he is not working, his various interests include
travel, tennis, skiing, running, reading and music.
John brings decades of Information
Technology experience to the company. Before starting Tekcetera,
John was VP (IT) of a large financial services firm.
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Orange County, John makes his home in Fountain Valley, CA.
