Pricing is dependent on your requirements. In general, pricing is calculated at a user (seat) level. Depending on features and options, per seat/user pricing ranges from $59.00 per month to $149 per month.

There are 2 types of licences -

• User Licence - tied to a specific user, one user licence can apply to web client, outlook client and/or mobile client (PDA)
• Device Licence* - this is tied to a device, such as a desktop computer, that is shared by multiple people. For example, 2 CSR's using the same computer working different days or shifts will only need one Device Licence.

The minimum number of seats/users per agency that can be purchased is 10. Pricing depends on the following factors -

1. Number of total users/licences (the more users, the lower the unit cost).
2. Lease of server equipment - do you have your own, or are you leasing ours.
3. On premise or hosted solution?
4. Agency Sales Manager Edition
   • Basic - All the features of ASM integrated with your mail server.
   • Advanced - Basic plus Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Share Point Services, Windows Small Business Server Licences, etc.
5. Integration with Agency Management Systems
   • Applied/TAM (on premise, hosted)
   • AMS Services (on premise, hosted)
6. Preparedness
   • IT consulting required
   • Agency Consulting
7. Telemarketing requirements
   • Strategies implemented in house
   • By ASM team
   • Hybrid
